Hank Noon is the Founder of Tech Capital and brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial finance, asset-based lending, and credit risk management. He established the company’s lending platform, including its credit and loan policies, growth strategy, staffing, marketing, and portfolio management.
Under Mr. Noon’s leadership, Tech Capital has grown from a two-person startup to managing approximately a $100MM in asset-based lending portfolio. Prior to founding Tech Capital, he held lending, audit, and analytics roles with BFI Business Finance, CapitalSource, and PacWest Bank. He also ran and operated a commercial and multi-family real estate acquisition and management company and began his career with Grant Thornton LLP.
Mr. Noon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Science in Finance from Golden Gate University.

Jakob (Jake) Ogdahl is a commercial finance executive with more than 15 years of experience in asset-based lending, credit underwriting, and portfolio management. As Vice President of Originations and Underwriting at Tech Capital, he focuses on structuring and managing senior secured financing solutions for lower middle-market companies.
Prior to joining Tech Capital, Mr. Ogdahl served as Interim CFO and Treasurer of a publicly traded industrial fuels and packaged gas distributor, where he helped lead a successful Chapter 11 restructuring and asset sale that resulted in the full repayment of the company's senior lender. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in asset-based lending and factoring, including developing and expanding lending platforms at independent finance companies and a large super-regional bank.
Mr. Ogdahl holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and a Certificate in Commercial Credit & Finance from National University.

Dan Buchanan is a Vice President and Business Development Officer at Tech Capital with more than 25 years of experience in commercial finance, asset-based lending, and middle-market banking. He partners with business owners, advisors, and lending professionals throughout the Southwest to deliver customized financing solutions and foster strategic relationships.
Throughout his career, Mr. Buchanan has structured and financed transactions ranging from startups to established middle-market companies, with expertise in asset-based lending, real estate, equipment, accounts receivable, and SBA financing. His industry experience spans energy, technology, healthcare, and business services.
Mr. Buchanan is an active member of several industry organizations, including the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and is a graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
