Who will this affect?

The upgrade will apply to Business users who have logged into online banking at least once since opening their account (s). These users will be migrated to the new digital platform during the transition period.

Please note:
Sub-users will migrate only if they have logged in within the past 24 months.
Small Business members who are using Bill Pay on the legacy platform will also be migrated at this time.
