All ten of our branches are open to serve you.

The following branches are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm: Campbell, Cupertino, Dublin, Fremont, Milpitas, Palo Alto, San Jose, San Francisco, Santa Teresa, and Sunnyvale.

Can’t get to a branch during the week? Our Campbell, Cupertino, Dublin, Fremont, Santa Teresa, and Sunnyvale branches are open on Saturdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

For your convenience, we offer the following services:

• Text alerts – Skip waiting in line at one of our branches. With text alerts, you can wait conveniently in your car without losing your place in line.
• Virtual appointments – Make an appointment with one of our bankers via our Virtual Branch. Our Virtual Branch video appointments are the next best thing to meeting with our bankers in person.

As always, ATMs at all of our branches remain fee-free and fully operational. Find an ATM near you, and even enjoy drive-up ATM service at our Milpitas branch! As a member, you also have access to over 85,000 fee-free ATMs worldwide — that's more than Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo combined. And, we offer Shared Branching — perform transactions for free at more than 5,600 participating credit unions and branches.
