Hank Noon is the Founder of Tech Capital and brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial finance, asset-based lending, and credit risk management. He established the company’s lending platform, including its credit and loan policies, growth strategy, staffing, marketing, and portfolio management.
Under Mr. Noon’s leadership, Tech Capital has grown from a two-person startup to managing approximately a $100MM in asset-based lending portfolio. Prior to founding Tech Capital, he held lending, audit, and analytics roles with BFI Business Finance, CapitalSource, and PacWest Bank. He also ran and operated a commercial and multi-family real estate acquisition and management company and began his career with Grant Thornton LLP.
Mr. Noon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Science in Finance from Golden Gate University.

Jakob (Jake) Ogdahl has over 10 years of financial services and business lending experience specializing in Asset Based Lending (ABL). Prior to Tech Capital, Jake served as Corporate Treasurer & Interim CFO for a Publicly Traded Industrial Fuels & Packaged Gas Distributor where he leveraged past business lending and financial services experience to successfully align the company with Tech Capital, LLC, a senior secured lender. Jake structured the accounting and finance team and successfully guided the company through a Chapter 11 turnaround, whereby the company sold off all assets and successfully paid off the lender. Previously, Jake held various titles over 11 years in the ABL space including building out ABL & Factoring departments at two large independent lenders and one large Super Regional Federally Regulated Bank.

Maryanne Lenardo has over 25 years of lending and business development experience. As Vice President, National Originations, Tech Capital, LLC, Maryanne is responsible for sourcing senior secured debt transactions ranging from $1MM to $20MM in the service, tech innovation, manufacturing and distribution sectors nationwide. Maryanne is based in Los Angeles, California. Prior to Tech CU, Lenardo was a commercial lender for Citicorp’s National Banking Group and subsequently held positions with several national and international financial organizations, in both underwriting and origination capacities. In addition, she has developed strategies for companies seeking to break into new markets or develop a client base for proprietary technologies.
