Below you will find a Solar Assumption Checklist which includes items you will need to provide or information you will need to make available once you make your request.
A minimum of 5 business days from final approval is needed prior to close of escrow to prepare the solar assumption documents.

☐ Estimated mortgage payment on new purchase loan
☐ Final payment and interest due from seller a full 5 business days prior to close escrow date
