Business Digital Banking 

We heard your feedback and are shifting to a more modern, secure, and user-friendly platform that provides you with a seamless experience between all your devices.

The Commercial and Small Business Bill Pay upgrade is coming in April 2026. Keep an eye out for additional detailed communications in the coming weeks. 

Ensure you have your existing UserID and that your email address and phone number on file is up to date. This existing UserID will be your username on the new platform and you will no longer need your Company ID.

The new platform supports the latest two versions of browsers and mobile operating systems listed below. Staying up to date on the latest browser and mobile OS releases ensures your member experience is as secure as possible. 

Supported Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari (two latest versions) 

Supported Devices: Android 12 and higher, iOS 15.0 and higher 

If you are a Commercial Business or a Small Business Bill Pay user, you will be migrated to the new digital banking platform. Other Small Business members migrated to this new platform in September 2025. 

After logging in with your current credentials, you can update your personal information by navigating to Settings > Security and editing the necessary fields. 

Any existing transaction alerts will need to be re-established on the new platform. Alerts can be found under Services & Support. 

Current wire templates, ACH templates and payees should transfer over to the new platform.

Zelle for Business is not available to business members currently enrolled in the Commercial Digital Banking platform. Please refer to our Zelle® Business FAQ for detailed enrollment instructions.

Business Bill Pay will be available on the new platform once this final migration phase takes place. 

Yes, after the conversion you will still have eDocs available in digital banking. You will be able to view, download, and print statements and notices at any time. If you are currently subscribed to eDocuments, you will not need to resubscribe to the new platform. 

Yes, tax notices will be available electronically through digital banking, similarly to statements. To find tax documents, navigate to Accounts > Statements & Documents > Tax Documents. You can download and print physical copies for your records.

For existing connections set up prior to April 28, 2026, you will need to disconnect your current connection and reconnect to the new online banking system.

To disconnect:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online
2. Select the All Apps icon
3. Go to Accounting → Bank Transactions
4. Choose the appropriate account → click the pencil icon
5. Select Disconnect account → click Disconnect to confirm.
   
   

To reconnect:

1. After disconnecting, return to the Bank Transactions page
2. Click Link Account (top right)
3. Search for Technology Credit Union (do not select Commercial Banking or Small Business Banking, as these options have been discontinued)
4. Enter your Tech CU business online banking credentials
5. Select the account(s) to link
6. Choose the date range for transactions (usually from your last reconciliation)
7. Click Connect.
