At Tech CU, we believe in supporting the communities that shape our future, and San José State University (SJSU), located in the heart of Silicon Valley, exemplifies this mission with its rich legacy of empowering students to thrive in their careers. Tech CU is proud to partner with SJSU to support this mission. As strong advocates for STEAM education (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math), we’ve collaborated with SJSU on numerous initiatives designed to help students and alumni succeed in their career journeys and beyond.
Helping Students Succeed
One of the most exciting programs we support at SJSU is the Spartan Success Series: Networking Success from the Executive Suite, where students can engage with successful alumni and build critical networking skills, giving them a competitive edge in today’s workforce.
From sharpening interview skills to exploring various career pathways, the Spartan Success Series provides participants with valuable tools and insights. At Tech CU, we’re thrilled to have played a role in facilitating workshops that prepare students for success—whether that’s navigating the local real estate market or practicing virtual interview techniques with hands-on guidance from our HR professionals.
This event has proven invaluable for those preparing to launch their careers, providing a platform to connect with professionals who have walked a similar path.
Looking Ahead
We’re excited about the future of our partnership with SJSU and remain committed to helping the next generation of leaders succeed. With many Tech CU employees being proud SJSU alumni, this partnership is close to our hearts. We look forward to continuing our work with the university and empowering students to reach new heights, both during their time at SJSU and in their careers beyond.
