Why This Event Matters
Cancer continues to be the leading cause of death in Silicon Valley, with more than 10,000 new diagnoses each year. That’s about 28 people every single day! While medical treatment is essential, research shows that comprehensive care, which encompasses emotional, physical, and practical support, is equally crucial for healing.
Cancer CAREpoint is a local nonprofit that provides all of these services at no cost to patients and their loved ones. From personalized counseling and nutrition workshops to low-impact fitness classes and wig fittings, care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual it works with.
