About Hermelinda

As a Senior Mortgage Consultant, I have been originating home loans and making dreams come true for my clients for nearly 20 years.

Whether it’s helping my clients get the financing to purchase their first home (or their 10th) or refinancing their mortgage, I help my clients through the complicated mortgage process (from application to funding) while offering exceptional customer service.

My goal is to educate my clients on the home-buying process while finding them the best home loan program suited to their needs. I am a proud member of Tech CU’s Circle of Excellence and always have my client’s best interest at heart.

As a lifelong resident of the Bay Area with a passion for this region, I love when others decide to make this region their home. My favorite part of my job is witnessing the joy of my clients following every successful loan funding. I also experienced this delight when I bought my first home in 2010.
