Sync Process

  • After publishing a page, hover over the checkmark to the left of the page name in the page tree
  • Click it when it changes to 3 dots
  • Select Sync this Page (or Sync with all subpages if you need to sync a whole section)
    • If you are trying to sync multiple pages, you can Select pages to sync at the bottom of the dialog. All will be selected by default.
  • In the dialog that appears:
    • If you want to push it live immediately, select the top radio button (Restore on the target immediately). This is selected by default.
    • If you want it to go live later, you can select "Postpone restoration on the target". A date/time field will then appear and you can select when you would like the content to be pushed to the live site.
  • Click the Sync button.
  • It may take a bit if you are syncing a lot of items at once, but let it go through the process. When it is done, you will get a confirmation message.
  • Note: if you get an error, try to take a screenshot of the error it is giving you in the bottom left of the screen. This helps greatly with debugging.
