New Small Business Banking Experience

Small Business members are getting an upgrade! If you are an active Small Business online banking user you will be migrated if:

  • You do not have Bill Pay; or
  • You have not been active in Bill Pay in the past two years

If you are an active Small Business or Commercial Bill Pay user, you will stay on the current platform for now. If you have not been active in Small Business online banking, you will have the opportunity to register for the new platform.

How do I get started?

Logging In

Click on the Small Business Banking login under "Log In" from our website homepage. 
Select the highlighted "Log In" button on the right, which will take you to digital.techcu.com/Authentication. Please remove any existing bookmarks and replace them with this link. On initial login, you will need to select the “forgot password” and "reset my password" options to establish a new password for the new system. Enter your current user ID (now called username) and your Business TaxID to complete this initial login process.
