As we continue to balance our role as an essential service provider with the health of our employees and members, the ability to staff all of our branches is sometimes impacted. Our Milpitas, Palo Alto, San Francisco, and Sunnyvale branches will be temporarily closed effective December 2nd. As more members opt for non-face-to-face interactions, you may experience longer hold times when calling our Member Contact Center. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Passwords are a critical component of information security — serving to protect your accounts. A poorly constructed password, however, may result in the compromise of an individual system, data or network. This guideline applies to all password creation — including but not limited to Online Banking.
Please know that Tech CU will not ask for personal financial information via email, text or any other medium unless validating identity for a legitimate transaction. In addition, do not ever provide your passwords to anyone via email or over the phone. Any valid institution will not ask for this type of information.
When using Online Banking, applying for a loan, or submitting an online form, your information is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). With TLS encryption, your information is protected while in transit between your computer and Tech CU.
From time to time we conduct online surveys. We collect your responses to improve our understanding about your needs so that we can improve the products and services we provide. All information is used for internal marketing and classification purposes only. We often conduct drawings in association with a survey or a promotion. In these cases we will ask for your name and contact information (such as your phone number and email address) so that we can notify you if you are a winner. Participation in surveys or drawings is always voluntary.
If you want to send us an email containing important personal information such as your account number, please log-on to Online Banking and use our Secure Messages feature. For your safety, we will only reply to you through the Online Banking Secure Messages feature. Regular Internet email is not secure. Please do not send vital information about yourself through regular email.
