Singularity University Essay Contest Winner

We are excited to announce Tech CU member Philip Remaker as the winner of our first essay competition in partnership with Singularity University.

As recipient of the scholarship, he will be attending the university’s 4-day Winter Executive Education program. A technologist and leader with 21 years of experience in the computer networking field, Philip currently specializes in end-user experience, accelerating network deployments and complex system diagnostics.  He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University, in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

In his free time, Philip serves as Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 221 in San Jose, California where he lives with his wife and two children
