No purchase necessary. Send Money transactions and other entries have an equal chance of winning. To enter, perform one or more Send Money transactions through Tech CU online or mobile banking within the promotional period of November 26, 2012 through February 2, 2013.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of Send Money transactions made through Tech CU online and mobile banking, estimated at 10,000 to 1.
Contest open to California resident Tech CU members age 18 and older who, as of November 1, 2012, have a Tech CU Account. Employees, officers, and volunteer officials of Technology Credit Union and their family members are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.
Prizes: Each week during the promotional period there will be two prizes of a $25 eBay/PayPal gift card. Cash will not be substituted for gift card prizes.
Drawing: Winners will be chosen randomly and notified by phone within two weeks at the end of the promotional period, February 2, 2013. To claim the prize, members must respond to the notification from Tech CU within five days. After that time, the member forfeits the prize and a new member will be selected and notified. The winner from each promotional period will be officially announced within one week of response from member to claim the prize. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Tech CU. The decisions of Tech CU are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All prizes will be awarded.
Taxes: Taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of any awarded prize. Winners are responsible for reporting the dollar amount of their prize as income on their income taxes.
