Light the Night with Tech CU

Tech CU has joined the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Light the Night Walk by pledging to raise $15,000. This is an annual fundraising event that supports lifesaving cancer research and free support services for patients and caregivers.

When: Saturday, October 18, 2014
What: 1.8 mile walk begins at 7:00 pm
Where: San Jose, Discovery Meadow

We are asking for your help in this fight. You can sign up to participate in the walk or donate to the cause by heading to Light the Night Walk, clicking DONATE and searching for team Tech CU Cares. You can also make a donation at any of our branches.

To date, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society has invested more than $1 billion in research to advance therapies and save lives. Some of the therapies first approved for blood cancer patients are now helping patients with other types of cancers and serious diseases. Thanks to research and access to better treatment, survival rates for many blood cancer patients have doubled, tripled and even quadrupled since 1960.
