Tech CU Hosts Free Educational Seminars on Path to Citizenship

Tech CU President and CEO Barbara Kamm spoke Monday at a press conference for the National Immigration Forum (NIF), which highlighted The Bethlehem Project, a program that provides education and resources to help individuals interested in becoming US citizens.

Tech CU is among the first companies in Silicon Valley to partner with the NIF by hosting free seminars throughout the year. These seminars provide information and onsite help focused on how Green card holders can become citizens.

“Immigration has shaped the landscape of Silicon Valley for the last century, and it will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. It is one of the biggest influences on our businesses and economy, and one of the most important issues we face as a community,” said Kamm. “We, at Tech CU, support programs like The Bethlehem Project because they provide much-needed resources and information for Green Card holders seeking citizenship. It’s important to both our membership and our community — therefore it’s important to us.”

The next seminars Tech CU will host, which offer resources and information for those interested in the path to citizenship will be held:
