A few words from Barbara Kamm CEO — August 2015
Our branches play an important role in providing you with the highest level of service, as we continuously strive to improve your experience.
Successful milestones include the recent openings of our Fremont and San Francisco branches — both of which reflect our new design and layout, including:
- Hoteling space – as a Tech CU member, feel free to hang out, open up your laptop and use our hoteling seats, or sign up to use a conference room for your own meetings.
- Interactive touch screens – we’ve made it easy for you to learn about our products and services, and gain access to important financial education.
- Expert Nearby – video conference with one of our mortgage consultants or wealth management experts. (Coming soon)
- One-on-one consultations – our staff is always fully available to meet in person to help with any questions you may have. You can even schedule an appointment on our website or through your mobile phone.
If you haven’t had the chance to see these branches, consider joining us at our San Francisco Grand Opening on September 15 from 5:30-7:30 pm. It’ll be a great event with wine, food, raffle prizes and the opportunity to meet our team.
Our San Jose branch is also in the process of being updated. For many of you who use this branch, you’ll witness the changes in “real-time” as the branch will remain open throughout our renovation. You will see a finished version in October.
Just as we recently relocated our Fremont office to a more accessible site, we will be opening up a new Sunnyvale branch at 333 W. El Camino during the first quarter of 2016. In preparation for that move, our 333 W. Maude branch will close effective October 15, 2015, while our 1230 Oakmead Parkway location in Sunnyvale will remain open until the El Camino branch is ready.
We’ve received some great member feedback since we opened both Fremont and San Francisco. If you’re planning to be in either area, stop in and say hello. And, let us know what you think.
