Several of our members have recently received automated phone calls indicating that there are issues with their debit cards. These members are being asked to enter their 16-digit card number and PIN to “unblock” the card. The calls are coming in from different numbers — some of which appear to be spoofed.
Please be aware that these calls could be fraudulent. Tech CU would never ask you to enter your card information over the phone. If we do suspect fraud on your account and need verification, you would receive a call from a live person (not an automated message).
