With Tech CU Online Banking we provide you two convenient ways to link your accounts to your Quicken® software and manage your finances 24 hours a day. The two options available to you are Web Connect and Direct Connect.
Web Connect provides you with one-way connectivity which allows you to automatically download transactions and match them with existing transactions.
Direct Connect provides you with two-way connectivity which allows you to automatically download transactions and match them with existing transactions, transfer funds, and send messages from the convenience of your personal financial management software.

The data you download is real time. You should be able to view current transactions posted.
Tech CU does not charge a fee.
The credentials that you need to use are the same credentials you use for Online Banking with Tech CU. Enter your online banking username when prompted for UserID/Username and your online banking password for the password field. Note: If you were using Quicken prior to our conversion August 11, 2014 you entered your Account Number or Member number in the UserID/Username field and your Online Banking password for the password field as the credentials.
No, however you can use our free Tech CU Web Bill Pay service available through online banking or our Tech CU Mobile application.
If you want to just download transactions without the ability to do fund transfers, you will want to use the Web Connect feature.
Simply login to Tech CU Online Banking and select the Account Summary. Click the Options link and select the file type that you wish to download. Follow instructions in the next screen to select Account to download transactions from and select a date range for the transaction history. Please ensure that you completed all instructions listed in our conversion guide if you are attempting a download for the first time after October 8, 2014.
