In order to assist you we will need to talk with you about your financial situation and what you can reasonably pay on your loan. If you are requesting assistance with a first mortgage, please complete the Making Home Affordable Program (MHAP) request and 4506T-EZ form. If we will take more than 30 days to complete our investigation, we will notify you, and the investigation will in all cases be complete within 45 days of receipt of your inquiry. We may ask you to provide additional information in support of your error claim. If you ask, we will provide you, free of charge, with copies of the documents on which we relied in investigating your claim.
