What are the benefits of receiving eStatements and Electronic Disclosures?
What if I want to receive both electronic and paper statements? At this time, you can only receive one of the two options. You may however change your preference at any time.
What if I want to change my delivery preference?
If you would like to switch from electronic to paper, you can login to online banking and select "cancel eStatements" under the Documents tab. You can also visit any Financial Center to complete the form, or write to us at 2010 North First Street, San Jose, CA 95131—Attn: Member Services.
Will I be able to view my eStatement through online banking even if I don’t choose to receive them? If you have not yet opted to receive eStatements and Electronic Disclosures, you will not be able to view your eStatements online. You can opt in to view eStatements by selecting "request eStatements" under the Documents tab.
If I opt in, how will I receive my eStatements and/or Electronic Disclosures? For Member statements, Home Equity Line of Credit statements and Line of Credit Statements, you will receive a secure email notification letting you know that your statement is available for viewing within the online banking platform.
