      We have been banking with TCU for 20 years and have been pleased with the professional, yet personal, service that we receive (whether it be by phone or at the Blossom Hill/Santa Teresa branch). We have been so satisfied that we decided to look into refinancing with TCU, and were pleased as well with the service that was rendered.

      We don't earn from interest rates from banks anymore but Tech CU's rates I found are better for saving emergency cash or just regular savings. This was what I was looking for so it works well for me. The options and ease of access to other banking services I could avail of attracted me to Tech CU.

      The bank representative who helped me at first was not too familiar with the procedure for opening an IRA. Then, the lady who seemed like the manager, helped the teller patiently. When the process of opening the IRA was over, the bank teller politely apologized to me for the transaction took a long time to be finished.
