Clearly write on the check that you would like the payment applied to principal. Also, make sure to include your 13 digit loan number.

You are welcome to pay more than your monthly payment, up to two months. The additional amount received will be applied based on the terms of your loan agreement.
You would need to contact us and let us know how you plan on making the payment and if it will be completed by you or a 3rd party. We will give you a payoff amount based on the information provided. This payoff will include any unpaid interest up
to the date you wish to pay it off. We do not pre-charge any interest, so any excess payoff will be returned to your address on file.

The loan is secured by the UCC fixture filing on the solar equipment.

The unsecured solar loan has a 0% interest rate with a one-time balloon payment due in 12 or 18 months. You can pay off the loan within the 12 or 18 months and not pay any interest.
The secured solar loans are simple interest loans with no prepayment penalty.
Late Fee: If any part of a payment is more than ten days late, we will charge you a late fee equal to 5% of the scheduled payment or $25, whichever is greater.
You will receive a quarterly member statement throughout the term of the loan. In addition, Tech CU will send reminder letters at 6, 3, and 1 month intervals prior to the one-time payment due date.
If you do not pay the balance in full by the due date, the rate will change from 0% to 18% and will be in default. You can apply with Tech CU for an unsecured personal loan to refinance the unsecured solar loan.
You signed your loan agreement via DocuSign. With your DocuSign username and password you will be able to access your loan agreement on their site.

The Investment Tax Credit (ITC) is currently a 30 percent federal tax credit claimed against the tax liability of residential (Section 25D) in solar energy property. The Section 25D residential ITC allows the homeowner to apply the credit to his/her
personal income taxes. This credit is used when homeowners purchase solar systems and have them installed on their homes.
