Phone System Coming December 11
Beginning
Monday, December 11, you’ll hear a new voice when you call Tech CU and our
Member Contact Center. We are rolling out a state-of-the-art phone system to
make your experience easier and more convenient.
What
this means for you:
- Our
Contact Center will close at 4:30 PM (PST) on December 8. It will reopen on
Saturday, December 9 at 10:00 am during normal business hours.
- If
you try to contact us during the conversion, you may experience a busy signal.
- Our
Call Me service will not be available to schedule a call after 3:00 pm (PST) on
December 8. This service
will resume on Monday, December 11, at 8:00 am.
