Our branches and call center will be closed July 3 – 4 for Independence Day. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6. The San Francisco branch remains temporarily closed due to the shelter in place guidelines. Our branch ATMs remain operational, with the exception that we may need to temporarily restrict access to select ATMs due to local conditions.

If you are experiencing financial challenges due to loss of income, we may be able to assist you through our Member Loan Payment Relief Program which provides a three-month payment deferral for qualified borrowers. (Note: Interest will continue to accrue, but no late fees will be assessed during the deferment period).

If you are interested in being considered for the Member Loan Payment Relief Program, please complete the Loan Payment Relief Application and Affidavit and return the form to us. You may return the application to us using one of the following options:
Option 1 (recommended): Securely upload the Loan Payment Relief Application and Affidavit to the Tech CU portal. Please note you must use a desktop to complete, save and upload the form. Mobile is not supported at this time. When uploading the form, you will be prompted to enter your email address and member number in the description section of the page.
