Non-profits aren’t eligible for solar tax incentives so a
solar loan is the only option.
We finance the full system price so that no cash investment
is required. In most cases the projected electricity bill savings exceed the
loan payments, but because solar tax incentive are not available, the savings over
the term of the loan may not be sufficient to fully-cover debt service. Even then,
the savings from solar over the life of the system will greatly exceed the
