    Team Tech CU

We have a culture of giving back to the community — it’s in our DNA. And, our workforce believes in giving time, talent and treasure — as witnessed by the number of hours employees donate each year. To further support this effort, we offer Volunteer Time Off to all of our full-time employees — allowing them paid time to volunteer with our community partners.

You’ll find Team Tech CU at such community events and organizations as the Silicon Valley Turkey Trot, Leukemia & Lymphoma’s Light the Night Walk, the Family Giving Tree, RAFT, and San Jose State University.

Our executive team understands the importance of giving back to the community while taking a leadership role. Many of our senior staff members serve on nonprofit boards, committees, and are advisors to organizations.

We encourage our employees to develop leadership skills — both professionally and civically. We invest in training them to be “next generation” community leaders through hands-on experience.
