Our Home Equity Loan rates vary depending on the amount you borrow and the loan-to-value ratio on your property. This calculator will determine your payment amount based on the best rate for which you might qualify using the information you provide about property value, existing loans, and desired loan amount. If you applied for credit, all information is subject to verification, and your rate and payment amounts may be different.

Rate and payment shown above are based on current offered rates. Call 408-451-9111 or 800-553-0880 or click here for current rates. We absorb all costs associated with establishing your loan, which generally total funding between $140 and $2,000 depending on the loan amount. If your loan amount is over $200,000 and you pay off the balance and close the account in the first year of funding your loan, you will pay the Credit Union $750 early closure fee.
This calculator is provided to help you determine payment amounts. Use of the calculator is not an application for credit and results generated by calculator do not constitute an offer to extend credit.
