    Are you experiencing financial difficulty with your Tech CU real estate loan? We want to help. If you are struggling with your monthly mortgage payments or have already missed a payment, now is the time to take action.

    In order to assist you we will need to review your financial situation and what you can reasonably pay on your loan. If you are requesting assistance with your mortgage, please complete the Mortgage Modification ApplicationOpens a new window and provide the following documents:

    • Two (2) most recent pay stubs
    • Most recent tax returns
    • Lease/rental agreement if the property is not owner occupied
    • Mortgage statement from other lien holder
    • Evidence of current homeowner insurance
    • Two (2) most recent bank statements (Non-Tech CU accounts)

    You can return all documents using one of the following methods:

    Option 1 (recommended)
    Securely upload the completed form to the Tech CU portal. Please note you must use a desktop to complete, save, and upload the form. Mobile is not supported at this time. When uploading the form, you will be prompted to enter your email address and member number in the description section of the page.

    Please allow up to 30 days for your request to be reviewed.

    In Case of Errors in Servicing Your Mortgage Loan and Requests for Information.

    If you believe there has been an error in the servicing of you loan, please contact:

In your inquiry, tell us your name, address, day time phone number, and mortgage account number, and provide as clear an explanation as you can of why you believe there is an error. Inquiries will be acknowledged within five days of receipt. If your error claim involves an untimely payoff statement request, we will respond within seven days. Responses to most inquires will be completed within 30 days of receipt. We will either:

    • correct the error and provide a written explanation of our corrective action;
    • provide you with a written explanation of why we believe there was no error; or
    • explain why we determined that an error different from, or in addition to the error you asserted, occurred, and describe the steps we have taken to correct it.

    If we will take more than 30 days to complete our investigation, we will notify you, and the investigation will in all cases be complete within 45 days of receipt of your inquiry. We may ask you to provide additional information in support of your error claim. If you ask, we will provide you, free of charge, with copies of the documents on which we relied in investigating your claim.

    Or, you may call (408) 437-3782 or write [email protected]. In your inquiry, tell us your name, address, day time phone number, and mortgage account number. We will acknowledge your request within five business days of receipt.

    If your request is for the name and contact information for the current owner or assignee of your mortgage loan, we will respond within ten business days. Other request will be acted upon within 30 days of receipt. If we need more time to respond, we will notify you in writing and may take up to 45 days from the date of receipt to respond to your request. We will either

    • Provide the information you requested or;
    • Explain to you why we are unable to provide, or decline to provide, the requested information.
