• How to Download the Mobile App

    Apple Users:

    • Open the App Store app
    • Tap the Search tab and search for Tech CU
    • If you already had the Mobile App downloaded, you may need to press Update
    • If this is your first time using the Mobile App, tap the Get button
    • If prompted, enter your Apple ID password to complete the download

    Android Users:

    • Delete the old Tech CU Mobile app
    • Open the Google Play Store app
    • Search for Tech CU
    • Tap Install

    I already have the Mobile App. Do I need to download a new one?

    For Apple users, your app may have updated automatically, depending on your device settings. If not, follow the instructions above to visit the App Store and update the app. If you’re an Android user, you’ll need to install the new app.

    What Mobile App should I keep and what can be deleted?

    If you have the Tech CU Card Manager app you can now delete it since the new Mobile App has integrated Card Management functionality. If you are an Android user, you can also delete the old Mobile App.

    What are the supported versions of browsers and devices?

    The new platform supports the latest two versions of browsers and mobile operating systems listed below. Staying up to date on the latest browser and mobile OS releases ensures your member experience is as secure as possible.

    Supported Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari (two latest versions)

    Supported Devices: Android 12 and higher, iOS 15.0 and higher
