San Jose, CA (March 6, 2008)—Technology Credit Union (Tech CU) announced today the winners of its Trees and Our Community Poster Contest, hosted by the credit union’s newly opened Campbell Financial Center located on the corner of Bascom and Hamilton. Children in three age groups were invited to submit an original drawing depicting trees in their neighborhood for a chance to win $100. The grand prize-winners in each age group are:

Tech CU has also sponsored two tree-planting community projects in partnership with Our City Forest in Willow Glen and Campbell as part of its Campbell grand opening. The first tree planting was held at Foresthill Elementary School on February 20th. Tech CU will hold its second planting on Arbor Day (Friday, March 7th at 1:00PM) at Blackford Elementary School in Willow Glen.
