I've been with this Institution for almost two
decades now and I feel so comfortable with all the staff. They're very friendly
and accommodating. Today, I met Shiela
at the front desk; she helped me with my transaction, and was so nice and

We’ve had an account with Tech CU for almost 2
years now, and are completely awed by their customer service. I’m able to get
all sorts of transaction done via email, and I never have to visit the branch

I was at the end of my rope trying to find a
bank that would help me verify my identity to a credit card company. Per the
card company's policy, I had to go
to "any" bank and show them my ID and have the bank call them for
verification. Derek and Majdi went above and beyond to help me, even when
the customer service people at the credit card company hung up on them for asking questions
about the process! All of the other banks told me they could not help me, but
not Tech CU, they
came through for me and
