In order to assist you we will need to talk with you about your financial situation and what you can reasonably pay on your loan. Please complete the Personal Financial Statement and have the following documents ready:
- Mortgage statements from all lien holders
- Proof of income (paycheck stub or income tax return if self employed)
- Evidence of homeowner insurance
- Property tax status
- Lease/rental agreement if the property is not owner occupied
