In order to assist you we will need to talk with you about your financial situation and what you can reasonably pay on your loan. Please complete the Financial Worksheet and Hardship Affidavit and have the following documents ready:
- 2 most recent pay stubs
- 2008 tax return
- Lease/rental agreement if the property is not owner occupied
- Mortgage statement from other lien holder
- Evidence of current homeowner insurance
