Beginning September 2, 2008, the menus will change when calling (800) 553-0880 or (408) 451-9111 to reach the Tech CU Call-24 system. The changes include the ability to make mortgage payments by phone and a quicker CheckCard activation process. The menu options will be different from the current layout, so this Quick Guide will be helpful for you to use to become familiar with our updated system.

Call-24 Quick Guide – How to access the most commonly used services and features.

Menu of Services:
Information such as financial center hours and locations is available from the Menu of Services (initial menu reached when you call in) without having to enter your Member Number or Call-24 Access Code.

Main Menu:

  • To access your account information, select option 1 from the Menu of Services and follow the prompts to enter your member number and Call-24 Access Code.

    NOTE:
    If registered in Online Banking, your Call-24 Access Code will be the same as your Online Banking password.
  • You will be able to change your Call-24 Access Code using the Call-24 system without affecting your Online Banking information.
  • If you have never used Call-24 or Online Banking, you will be prompted to set up a Call-24 access code after entering your Member Number.
  • Once your Member Number and Call-24 Access Code have been verified, you will be able to get information and perform transactions on your TechCU Share, Loan and Mortgage accounts by following options from the Main Menu.
