Cheston Cheng has been our private banker for the past 4-5 years and has been extremely helpful, courteous and always goes the extra step to make sure our needs are satisfied. We have a 1st mortgage, HELOC account, Money Market account and checking account with TCU and have always been satisfied with the service on each of these.
