What is SMARTMOVE®?

SMARTMOVE® is a program designed to offer you high quality, professional real estate assistance anywhere in the United States. In addition to personalized service, SMARTMOVE® also gives you a CASH REBATE every time you buy or sell real estate: residential, commercial or investment properties. *

How does it work?

Once you register with SMARTMOVE®, your SMARTMOVE® coordinator will match you with a specially-trained, program-endorsed real estate agent to guide you through the real estate transaction. Your coordinator will be your advocate throughout the real estate transaction.

If you are interested in participating, complete an online enrollment form to begin the registration process. To qualify for the cash rebate, you’ll need to register with SMARTMOVE® before contacting a real estate agent.

* This program is available to members/employees nationwide. Although rebates are prohibited in some states, members are still eligible to receive real estate services. In some cases rebates on new construction purchases are on base price not upgraded price.
