Kim Vu - AVP, Private Banking
Kim Vu has been in the financial banking industry for over eight years and started with Technology Credit Union in July 2001. As AVP of Private Banking since 2005, Kim also represents Technology Credit Union on a national level as a member of Filene Research Institute’s i3 innovation think tank to promote the design of new products, services and business models for the Credit Union industry.
Kim holds a Series 6, Series 63, and Notary Public License and received her Private Banking I & II Certification from Cannon Financial Institute. In addition, she has received a number of Quality Service Awards and Sales Achievement Awards.
In 2007, Kim was inducted into the Hall of Honor for Outstanding Young Alumna by Presentation High School and named as one of the San Jose Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40. Ms. Vu was also nominated for the World Council of Credit Unions Young Professionals award. In 2006 Ms. Vu was awarded the San Jose Business Journal's prestigious Women of Distinction Award.
Kim has a B.S. in Business Management from San Jose State University and a Masters in Leadership from St. Mary’s College.
In her spare time, she volunteers in the community with various organizations such as Girls For A Change and the Bill Wilson Center. Kim also serves as a board member on the San Jose State University Alumni Association and the Silicon Valley Capital Club Board of Governors. |

Brandon Thompson - Senior Private Banking Manager
Brandon Thompson has over 19 years financial industry experience, including 10 ½ years at Merrill Lynch and 8 ½ years with Smith Barney prior to joining Technology Credit Union.
Brandon holds a Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 8, 3 and a California Insurance License.
He received a B.S. in biology from Oregon State University and an M.B.A from the University of Southern California.
Brandon is a former military special operations helicopter pilot in the Air Force and Navy. Highest rank achieved: Commander. Outside of work, he enjoys family, traveling and sports cars. |

Wendy Miner - Private Banking Manager
Wendy Miner has over 20 years of industry experience, including six years at Bank of America and 14 years at Wells Fargo Bank. Wendy came to Technology Credit Union in May 2006 as a Private Banking manager, bringing to the organization a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in premier client management. During her career Wendy has received a number of service and achievement awards.
Wendy holds a Series 6, Series 63, a California Insurance License and a Notary Public License, received her Private Banking School Certification, and is currently pursuing her CFP Certification.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and cooking. She volunteers as a Council Member and Lector with her church and at the Boccardo Housing Consortium. |

Cheston Cheng - Private Banking Manager
A recognized customer service champion throughout his career, Cheston Cheng came to Technology Credit Union in July 2005. Cheston started out as a Financial Center representative, and in less than one year he received three promotions and was awarded a member service award as employee of the month. Cheston joined the Private Banking team in May 2006.
Cheston holds a Notary Public License, obtained a Series 6 and Series 63 license, and completed his Private Banking School Certification in 2007.
Cheston received his B.S. in Law & Society from UC Santa Barbara.
His hobbies include high-performance cars and audio systems and cooking. Cheston is also an expert in international cuisine. |

Maribel Adona - Administrative Assistant
Maribel Adona has over 6 years of experience in the financial services industry. Maribel started her career at Citibank and worked at Union Bank of California before coming to Technology Credit Union in 2003, as a Financial Center Representative. Maribel received a performance award while a Financial Center representative, and was promoted to her current position within the Private Banking group in March 2006.
Currently Maribel is attending University of Phoenix, working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance.
In her spare time, Maribel performs dances from Tahiti, Hawaii, and French Polynesia at community and charity events as a member of the Island Spice Polynesian Dance Review. Maribel and her group frequently perform to raise funds for various non-profit organizations, including the Breast Cancer Relay, Foster Children Scholarships, and the Los Altos Cancer Walk. |

Malia Regua - Administrative Assistant
Malia Regua has been in the customer service industry since 2000 and started with Technology Credit Union in January 2006. Malia worked as a Member Contact Center Specialist before joining the Private Banking group in September 2007. Malia attended Mission Valley College and received certifications in Web Design and Illustration. Malia has received various awards and recognition for her quality service skills.
Malia enjoys spending time with her daughter, and her hobbies include sketching and scrap booking. |
