Mical Atz Brenzel, Chairman
Experience includes Agilent Technologies in the Corporate Finance Division.  Previously with Raychem in the Treasury Department.  Domestic Treasury Manager of Amdahl, joining the company in 1987.  Nine years in Treasury Operations in New York RCA Corporation and Sperry Corporation.  Over a dozen years experience in banking operations and cash management.

Education:  BA French, Swarthmore College; MBA Finance, New York University

Credit Union Experience:  Member of the Technology Credit Union Board of Directors since 1989 and has served as Chairman of the Board, and on the Investment Committee and Finance Committee.  Currently, serving as Chairman of the Board and on the Merger and Search committees.

Peter Donahower, Vice-Chairman
Experience includes:  Served as Treasurer of Advanced Fibre Communications, Inc.  Also Assistant Treasurer of Amdahl Corporation and held the same position with Tandem Computers, Inc.   Previous treasury positions with Measurex Corporation and with Matson Navigation Company.  Began career as an international banking officer with Bank of America.  Over 25 years of banking and corporate treasury experience.

Education:  BA, DePauw University; Masters in International Management, American Graduate School of International Management.

Credit Union Experience:  Member of Technology Credit Union Board of Directors since 1991. Has served as Chairman of the Board and has also chaired the Finance Committee. Previously served as a Director of the Matson Credit Union. Currently serving as Vice-Chairman of the Board and on the Compensation committee.

Robert E. Bylin, Secretary & Treasurer, Merger Committee (Chair)
Experience includes:  Currently CFO at Spectra Linear.  Chairman of Audit Committee for Occam Networks.   Served as CFO of Tak Imaging, Inc.  Served as Chief Operating Officer and CFO of DTI in Fremont.  Served as Senior Vice President Finance and CFO of Veridicom and as CFO for Storage Dimensions in Milpitas.   Formerly Vice President Business Planning for Storage Systems business unit of Memorex Telex Corporation and VP Finance and Administration for Memorex Computer Supplies.  Experience includes 22 years at Fairchild Semiconductor with positions in Finance and Operations, including Controller of Sales and Marketing Division and European Controller in Paris.

Education:  BA Mathematics, Trinity College; MBA, Harvard Business School.

Credit Union Experience:  Member of Board of Directors from 1975 through 1981. Resigned because of transfer to Paris.  Reelected to Board in 1986. Chairperson during 1979-1980; 1998-2000; 2003-2006. Currently serving as Secretary & Treasurer, as Chair of the Merger committee, and on the Finance, Nominating, and Search committees.

John W. “Jack” Wedgwood, Finance Committee (Chair)
Experience includes:  13 years as financial officer of electronics company, 10 years as financial planner working with individuals on tax and investment planning.  Private investor in real estate.

Education:  BS Industrial Management, Purdue University, Lafayette, Indiana;  MBA, Santa Clara University

Credit Union Experience:  Affiliated with the EAC Federal Credit Union from inception.  Served on the Credit Committee initially, and then as a Director until the merger.  Served two years as Chairperson of the Board.  Has been a Director of Technology Credit Union since the merger with EAC in 1987.  Has served as Chairman of the Board.  Currently serving on the Executive Committee, as Chair, Finance Committee and on the Nominating and Site Selection committees.

Steven Fisher, Acting CEO, Executive Committee
Steven Fisher joined Technology Credit Union in 1996 as Vice President of Finance.  In May of 2001 Mr. Fisher was promoted to Executive Vice President & Executive Officer with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the credit union.  Mr. Fisher’s career spans a quarter century from serving as an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick to senior financial positions in several large financial institutions.

Mr. Fisher is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Economics, and an MBA in Finance.

Bob Howard-Anderson, Compensation Committee
Experience includes: President and CEO of OCCAM Networks.  Served as Senior VP product Operations of Occam Networks. Previously served as Vice President of Product Operations at Procket Networks.  Also, with Sun Microsystems where he was Director of Engineering for the Interactive Services Group.  Bob also served as a Vice President of Engineering at First Pacific Networks and Network Equipment Technology.

Education:  BSEE degree with a minor in Physics from Tufts University.

Credit Union Experience:  Member of the Credit Union Board of Directors since 1996.  Served on the Executive Committee and E-Committee.  Currently serving on the Compensation Committee.

Albert W. “Ted” Wehde, Compensation and Site Selection Committees
Experience includes:  Senior Counsel, FMC Corporation for 18 years.  Previously conducted a private law practice in Palo Alto.  Also worked for Lockheed Aircraft Corporation for 7 years and the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission for 3 years.

Education:  BS Finance, Marquette University; JD (Law), Marquette University.

Credit Union Experience:  Member of the Board of Technology Credit Union since 1983.  Has served as Chairman of the Board.  Member of the Supervisory Committee, U.S.A.E.C. Credit Union for 2 years.  Formerly Vice-Chairman. Currently serving on the Compensation and Site Selection committees.

Lloyd Kohn, Finance, Site Selection and Employee Pension Committee
Experience includes:  Finance partner in a Property Management Company.  Previously at E.C.S. Microsystems and Solaris Computer as Vice President of Finance.  15 years with Fairchild, 8 spent as Director of Finance for the Systems Technology Division.

Education:  BA Accounting, University of San Francisco; MBA programs at University of California Extension.

Credit Union Experience:  Member of Board of Directors of Technology Credit Union since 1970 with several terms as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board.  Currently serving on the Finance, Site Selection and Employee Pension committees.

Joe Shepela, Compensation Committee (Chair)
Joe Shepela has held various high-ranking positions at prestigious high-tech companies throughout his 18 years as an executive officer. Mr. Shepela held the position of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources with Quantum Corporation, Symantec Corporation, Adaptec Corporation, Ibeam Broadcasting and S3 Corporation. Mr. Shepela also held senior level HR positions with Apple Computer Corporation and the Hewlett Packard Company earlier in his career.

Credit Union Experience: In 1999 Mr. Shepela was elected to the Technology Credit Union Board of Directors and has held the Vice Chairman position, Chairman of the Nominating Committee and has been the Chairman of the Compensation Committee for the last six years.  Currently chairing the Compensation Committee.

John Paul Bruno, Finance and Merger Committee
Experience includes:  Currently serving as Vice President at DMB Associates, Inc.  Previously, Vice President of Real Estate and Procurement for Cadence Design Systems, Incorporated.  Also served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Quickturn, a Cadence Company.  Previously served as Vice President and CFO of Boats.com.  Past work experience has been in a sales role, real estate development and facilities management with Sybase.

Education:  BS and MBA from Santa Clara University

Credit Union Experience: John was elected to the Board of Directors in 1997.  Previously served as Chairman of the Finance Committee and is currently on the Finance and Merger committees.
