Domestic Treasury Manager of Amdahl, joining the company in 1987. Nine years in Treasury Operations in New York RCA Corporation and Sperry Corporation. Over a dozen years experience in banking operations and cash management.

Peter Donahower, Vice-Chairman Experience includes: Served as Treasurer of Advanced Fibre Communications, Inc. Also Assistant Treasurer of Amdahl Corporation and held the same position with Tandem Computers, Inc. Previous treasury positions with Measurex Corporation and with Matson Navigation Company. Began career as an international banking officer with Bank of America. Over 25 years of banking and corporate treasury experience.

Robert E. Bylin, Secretary & Treasurer, Merger Committee (Chair) Experience includes: Currently CFO at Spectra Linear. Chairman of Audit Committee for Occam Networks. Served as CFO of Tak Imaging, Inc. Served as Chief Operating Officer and CFO of DTI in Fremont. Served as Senior Vice President Finance and CFO of Veridicom and as CFO for Storage Dimensions in Milpitas. Experience includes 22 years at Fairchild Semiconductor with positions in Finance and Operations, including Controller of Sales and Marketing Division and European Controller in Paris.

Currently serving on the Executive Committee, as Chair, Finance Committee and on the Nominating and Site Selection committees. |

Steven Fisher, Acting CEO, Executive Committee Steven Fisher joined Technology Credit Union in 1996 as Vice President of Finance. In May of 2001 Mr. Fisher was promoted to Executive Vice President & Executive Officer with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the credit union. Mr. Fisher’s career spans a quarter century from serving as an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick to senior financial positions in several large financial institutions.
Mr. Fisher is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Economics, and an MBA in Finance. |

Bob Howard-Anderson, Compensation Committee Experience includes: President and CEO of OCCAM Networks. Served as Senior VP product Operations of Occam Networks. Previously served as Vice President of Product Operations at Procket Networks. Also, with Sun Microsystems where he was Director of Engineering for the Interactive Services Group. Joe Shepela, Compensation Committee (Chair) Joe Shepela has held various high-ranking positions at prestigious high-tech companies throughout his 18 years as an executive officer. Mr. Shepela held the position of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources with Quantum Corporation, Symantec Corporation, Adaptec Corporation, Ibeam Broadcasting and S3 Corporation. Mr. Shepela also held senior level HR positions with Apple Computer Corporation and the Hewlett Packard Company earlier in his career.
Credit Union Experience: In 1999 Mr. Shepela was elected to the Technology Credit Union Board of Directors and has held the Vice Chairman position, Chairman of the Nominating Committee and has been the Chairman of the Compensation Committee for the last six years. Currently chairing the Compensation Committee. |
